2. What are these Terms about?

This document is a collection of clear and simple rules for our cooperation. We want you to know exactly what to expect and how we operate. By using our services or our website, you agree to these rules.

3. What will we do for you?

At J&M Przeprowadzki, we handle:
Home, apartment, and office removals, Safe storage of your belongings,
Cleaning after renovations, Clearing out cellars, attics, and allotments, Demolition works and tearing down partition walls.

4. How to book a service with us?

It’s very simple! Just give us a call or send an email. Once we discuss all the details (what needs to be done, where, and when), we will provide you with a quote. As soon as you accept it, we consider it a done deal and a binding contract (even if agreed verbally or via email). The quote itself is completely free and comes with no obligations.

5. How do payments work?

We always agree on the costs upfront - there are no unpleasant surprises or hidden fees with us. You can pay for the service in cash after the job is done or via bank transfer, depending on what we agree on during the quotation stage.

6. Liability - Your belongings are safe

We know how important your things are to you, which is why we take full responsibility for them during transport, carrying, and packing. If anything gets damaged through our fault, we will repair it or compensate you for the loss. However, we have one small request: please pack and carry small jewelry, cash, or highly valuable documents on your own.

7. Cancellation - Can you change your mind?

Of course you can. Life happens, so you can always cancel your move. We only ask that you let us know as soon as possible (preferably at least 24 hours in advance) so we can reschedule our team's shift.

Additionally, since you are a consumer and we enter into this agreement remotely (e.g., over the phone), you have 14 days to withdraw from it without any consequences. One important thing: if you book a removal service within those 14 days and we fully complete the job, this right expires (because the work is already done!).

8. Complaints and Feedback

We are only human. If, after the service is done, you feel that something went wrong (e.g., a scratched piece of furniture or an uncleaned floor), just reach out to us. Call us or send an email to jmprzeprowadzki@gmail.com. We always look for a fair solution and will respond to your report within 14 days at the latest.

9. Privacy Policy

Personal data may be shared with entities supporting the Controller in operating the website, providing e-mail services, hosting, accounting, and IT services, only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes described above.
